In your initial evaluation, you’ll work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy or Chiropractor. We take time to understand:

  • What movements are limited

  • What your goals are

  • What you’ve already tried


This gives us a clear picture of where to begin—and how to build a plan that actually works for you.


Step 2: A Team Approach


Your care doesn’t stop with one provider.


Our PTs, coaches, chiros, and recovery team all work together. So whether you’re in physical therapy, private training, or semi-private sessions, you’ll have a connected team behind you.


We make sure your rehab plan and your training plan are aligned—so you’re not getting mixed messages or thrown into things you’re not ready for.


Step 3: Smart Modifications


Pain doesn’t always mean you have to stop. It just means we need to be smart about how you train.


We adjust key variables to keep you moving safely:


  • Volume (how much)

  • Intensity (how hard)

  • Range of motion (how far)

  • Tempo & load (how fast and how heavy)

  • Positioning (how the movement is set up)
